Pelorus Property Group

Pelorus is a vertically integrated property group generating fee income from its structured finance, funds management and property services. Over the past seven years, the Company has proven its integrated business model by applying it to substantial retail and commercial properties owned by its clients and business associates. The Company commenced trading in 2000 and is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX Code: PPI).

The company's growth is driven by its opportunistic approach. It finds advantage in circumstances where market conditions present distressed property or ineffective finance and management structures. In 2007, Pelorus expanded internationally. The Company now has an interest in a shopping centre in New Zealand and a joint venture in India to manage shopping centres and other commercial properties.
.

.
Pelorus believes that holding property long term, for rental income and capital growth, can generate superior returns. Accordingly, the Company's focus is on financial and management structures that enable property owners and investors to hold interests in real estate for the long term. The Company does not apply a "buy, develop and sell" philosophy. Pelorus derives its fees from the property's rental income and capital value, therefore its interests are aligned with that of its clients and investors.
.

.
Pelorus currently generates fee income from commercial real estate valued in excess of $500 million, located from Darwin to Melbourne, Wellington (New Zealand) and Bangalore (India). Pelorus’s head office is in Neutral Bay, Sydney.

The Company integrates the structured finance and funds management business of Pelorus Property Group Ltd with the retail property management, leasing and consulting activities of its three wholly owned subsidiaries, Wynn Tresidder Management, Pelorus Management (NZ) Ltd and DDT Projects. Pelorus has expanded its range of property services to include serviced offices (under the business name WT Serviced Offices) and storage management (as a 51% joint venture in Capital Storage Services and Pelorus's subsidiary Pelorus Storage Advantage). In 2007 the joint venture company, WT Retail India was established to provide management services to commercial real estate in India, with a particular focus on management, leasing and planning of shopping centres.
