The Bakehouse Quarter Fund is Pelorus's largest fund and commenced operation on 31 October 2002. The Fund controls the development of the Bakehouse Quarter, an urban business precinct located in North Strathfield, Sydney. The Bakehouse Quarter has over 35,000m2 of commercial, retail and entertainment space. Its tenants include Arnott's, NRMA, Aldi, Harris Farm Markets and AMF Bowling.

The Bakehouse Quarter is constantly undergoing redevelopment, and space is available for a variety of uses including office space, restaurants, medical and professional services, conference and function facilities and entertainment and leisure uses.
