The Pelorus Storage Fund controls three separate self storage facilities, two located in the ACT region of Hume and Mitchell, and one located in the NSW region of Queanbeyan. These facilities trade under the name of Capital Self Storage. The business has been associated with self storage in the region for over fifteen years and is the largest self storage and parking storage provider in the ACT region. Income returns to investors are generated by rental from the leasing of lock up storage spaces with capital growth through the increase in the capitalised value of the rental income and the value of the land itself. |
