Under the terms of the demerger Pelorus was delisted from the ASX on 7 January 2011 and changed its name to Pelorus Private Equity. Effectively the demerger split Pelorus into its operational parts namely:

  2. BlackWall Property Funds Limited - an ASX listed property, fund and development management business. BlackWall shares trade on the ASX under the cod BWF. Click here to be taken to BlackWall's website.
  3. BQF (ARSN 153 458 489) – a managed investment scheme with an interest in the development of a large scale mixed use property in Sydney known as the Bakehouse Quarter. Click here for more information on the Bakehouse Quarter and BQF.

The demerger has taxation implications for Pelorus shareholders. Pelorus has sought and received an ATO Class Ruling in relation to the transaction. Click here to download a copy of an explanatory letter and the relevant Class Rulings.
